Your engine management light is linked to the Engine Control Unit (ECU) and lets you know if your engine isn’t performing as it should. Your car has lots of sensors around it, and if a sensor notes a problem, it relays that information to the ECU which in turn, illuminates the engine management light so that you know to get in touch with Cartech.
